A council has stepped in to stop a six-year-old from eating his bedroom. Zach Tahir, who suffers from Pica Disorder, has been built a chew-proof bedroom by Salford City Council. The youngster's rare condition has seen him chew through soil, carpet and the plaster of his former bedroom's walls.
