David Eccles, aged 16, from Adswood has been made the subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO). The ASBO secured by Stockport Homes, in partnership with Greater Manchester Police, applies to the whole of England and Wales and lasts until 27 July 2014. If he breaks his ASBO he could face a fine or be sent to a detention centre for up to five years.
