A hospice has received a much needed cash boost from a housing provider. Salford-based Salix Homes has donated £500 to the Halton Haven Hospice in Runcorn. Salix Homes created an online video aimed to advise its tenants of the impending Welfare Reforms and used a customer-friendly concept that had been designed by Cheshire-based housing provider Halton Housing Trust.
