Resident-led Lyng Community Association (LCA) has given a jobseeker the chance to re-enter the workplace and help reinvigorate the estate.
Mother-of-one Nita Bhuttay is thrilled at the chance to get back into work and be at the heart of the continuing development of the landmark West Bromwich estate.
