A landlord has won a possession order against a tenant whose partner caused an explosion and a fire in a Durham social home. East Durham Homes (EDH) took action against tenant Hayley Evans after the fire service discovered that her bungling partner Dean Day's cannabis growing enterprise in the home's master bedroom had caused the blast.
