Former housing minister Grant Shapps visited Cheltenham Borough Homes’ new St. Paul’s Walk development on Thursday. The development consists of 48 new affordable homes, 30 let for social rent and 18 sold on a shared ownership basis. Now chairman of the Conservative Party, Shapps was given a guided tour by CBH chief executive Paul Stephenson and CBH chair Stuart Hutton. Shapps said it was a “model ALMO”.
