Spire Homes will be providing 41 new affordable homes in Rushden as part of their Nippendale development, which are due for completion in July 2013.
There will be 4 bungalows which are specifically for the elderly, and 4 accessible homes which will provide accommodation for people living with a disability. These accessible homes will have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor as well as on the upper floor to allow a person living with a disability to sleep downstairs.
