Work has begun on Nottingham's biggest council house building programme for a generation.
Costing £2.75 million, phase one of the programme will see 26 homes built across four Nottingham City Council-owned sites in the city. The whole project will ultimately see 350 new homes created by 2017.
The initial part of the project will deliver:
