Wolverhampton City Council is to hand a 15-year contract extension to its housing ALMO after heaping praise on its work. A council report commended Wolverhampton Homes' increased customer satisfaction levels and said that it offered good value for money. With its current 10-year contract expiring in October 2015, the council report acknowledged that the ALMO had got the time it takes to prepare an empty home for letting down from 71 days to 18 days.
