The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has announced a loan investment of £1,169,425 to unlock a rural 18-home site in Brockholes, Kirklees.
It is the first contract of 'Get Britain Building Round Two' and feature a mixture two and three-bedroom affordable starter homes for local people.
