Staff from Riverside celebrated 10 years as social landlord on the Langley estate.
In 2002 Riverside took over management of around 3,000 Manchester City Council homes on the Langley estate. Since then they have demolished 800 unsuitable properties, modernised 2,000 homes and built over one hundred new ones – with a further 41 scheduled for completion in 2013.
