People looking to help rough sleepers should point them in the direction of a new helpline rather than giving them a hand out, Mark Prisk has said.
Speaking at the launch of StreetLink, a national hotline and website service that connects rough sleepers with local help services, the housing minister commented that while people might want to help, they often don't know what to do.
