Six families in Oldham have got the keys to new affordable homes in time for Christmas.
The properties make up a £1 million development at Bucket Street in Uppermill, and are part of a wider £6.5 million scheme that will eventually see 65 new family homes built in Oldham over the next three years.
The building work is being funded by New Charter Housing Trust Group, a £1.6 million grant from the HCA and Oldham Council.
