North West housing provider The Regenda Group has started work on a major new housing development in Denton, Tameside which will provide 14 affordable homes.
Martin Davies, Director of Development at Regenda said: “We are investing nearly £900,000 in this development which will provide much needed affordable homes, whether for rent or for purchase through the shared ownership scheme, in an area where there is a high demand within the local community for good quality housing.”
