Welsh social housing organisation Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd is upgrading to Aico mains powered Smoke, Heat and Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarms throughout 4000 properties during a five year re-wiring programme. This major upgrade is part of the organisation’s £136 million spend on homes previously belonging to Gwynedd Council to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
