Residents of Norton Place, Exmouth, had an official re-opening of their communal living room on Thursday (1 November) following their hard work in re-decorating it themselves and were presented a cheque for £120 by Spectrum Signpost to assist in finishing off the room with items such as a pinboard for their ‘events wall’.
