One of the UK’s largest housing associations says it has provided 85 mortgages during the last year – worth almost £6.5m – and has made a total of 158 completions since it started offering its own no deposit (100%) mortgage two years ago.
Places for People, which manages over 60,000 homes across the UK, published the details today in its annual report – which showed the group has achieved a profit of £17.4m before tax from a turnover of £369m.
