Halton Housing Trust is launching a new phone service to help its customers get to grips with welfare reform and benefit entitlement.
The new phone line will open to customers next week on Tuesday 6th November, where a specialist team will be on hand to answer any queries.
As well as offering welfare benefit advice, the team can also help customers with budgeting, debt, rent arrears and general money management.
