Fun for all in Billy Row
Bowling redesigned for a modern age has come to West Auckland thanks to the Better Homes, Better Lives fund. New Age Bowling has been added to the activities offered every Tuesday morning at West Auckland Memorial Community Association for groups of people with learning difficulties. A grant of £300 from the fund, which is managed by Dale & Valley Homes and supported by Gentoo and Esh Property Services, has paid for the equipment, which will be used by around 20 people each week.
