Worcester City Council’s council's planning committee has consent for a major renewal scheme at the heart of the Dines Green estate.
Developed by Worcester Community Housing, the £8.5 million scheme is set to to be the one of the biggest housing-led regeneration projects the area has seen – with 51 new homes homes, 5 new shop units, a new church and a new youth centre.
