The UK's largest listed private landlord, Grainger, is to develop build-to-let developments offering long-term private rented homes on surplus car park sites owned by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).
The schemes will provide mixed tenure accommodation and are being designed by Assael Architecture.
Grainger, which officially applied to develop a registered provider subsidiary earlier this year, will develop and manage the sites.
