A £1.5million housing development in Garstang by North West housing provider, The Regenda Group, has won a Green Apple Environment Award.
The development, in Claughton on Brock, competed against more than 500 other nominations. Regenda will be presented with their Green Apple Award, part of the national campaign to find Britain’s greenest companies, councils and communities, at a glittering presentation ceremony in the House of Commons on November 12.
