A Hampshire alpaca breeder has been fined by magistrates for failing to comply with a Planning Enforcement Notice.Michael Lee of Sparsholt was fined £1,300 and ordered to pay costs of £458 for siting a mobile home on his land without permission.Lee protested that he needed to live on the land to be able to run his alpaca rearing business, but a government appointed inspector found that there was no justification for him to live there.The council's enforcement team told Lee to remove th...
