The Leadbitter Group has begun work on a £20 million contract to build new student accommodation on behalf of Knightsbridge Student Housing in Plymouth.
The development, on the site of the now demolished NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Forces Institution) building, will deliver 517 study bedrooms, 59 flats and 73 studio rooms, built in three buildings up to nine storeys high.
