Some £80,000 is being sought to transform a derelict site into a garden commemorating the centenary of the death of affordable housing pioneer Octavia Hill. Hoardings currently surround the plot in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire next to Octavia Hill's Birthplace house, blemishing a key entrance to the town. Next month marks the centenary of Hill's death.
