A tenant who stole electricity from Nottingham City Homes has been given an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction (ASBI).
Jiras Parshad, aged 35, a tenant at the Victoria Centre flat complex on Glasshouse Street in Nottingham, was caught when security officers spotted an extension cable running beneath the door of his flat that was plugged into an electricity wall socket in the main corridor of the building.
