A London ALMO says it has received its highest satisfaction rating from residents.
Since it was set up 10 years ago, CityWest Homes, which manages almost 22,000 homes on behalf of Westminster Council, says it has significantly improved the quality of housing in the city.
Tenant satisfaction with how estates are managed has increased considerably in the same period, it says, with the ALMO now having achieved its highest satisfaction rating of 86%. This, it says, is a leading result in the capital.
