Arsenal has formally announced the sale of land next to the Emirates stadium which will eventually comprise three residential towers being developed by housebuilder Barratt and housing association L&Q.
Work has been under way on the Queensland Road development site, next to the Emirates Stadium, for the past year. When completed the £128m development will comprise three residential towers offering apartments ranging from studios to 1,000 square foot penthouses.
