Endeavour Housing Association has announced plans to manage and maintain 40 empty homes in the Gresham area of Middlesbrough.
Working in partnership with Middlesbrough Borough Council, who have just been awarded £1.1 million worth of ‘House 2 Homes’ funding, Endeavour will be responsible for the housing management and repair of the newly refurbished homes.
