A Widnes social housing tenant has been evicted for blasting her neighbours with loud music.
Halton Housing Trust – which owns and manages 6,150 homes in Cheshire – ejected Gemma Flanagan earlier this month after acting on authorisation from St Helens County Court.
The 22-year-old, of Brookdale, was first warned about playing loud music in May 2011 following complaints from neighbours, but she persisted in being a nuisance.
