Hackney's ‘Mole Man’ house goes up for auction

The notorious ‘Mole Man’ house in Hackney in London’s East End is to go up for auction in July with a guide price of £750,000. The property at 121 Mortimer Road gained notoriety six years ago because its former owner, William Lyttle, who died in 2010, had dug extensive tunnels of up to 60ft long under the derelict property.
