In the recent freeze Rachael Roberts, 38, and Isobel Meikle, 69, from The Horsepool in Berry Hill realised many of their surrounding neighbours would struggle to get out of their front doors, let alone do their daily food shop.
So it was Rachael and Isobel to the rescue, taking time out of their busy schedules to make sure their neighbours were OK and had enough in to keep them fed and warm.
The dynamic duo did a special essentials run to the local shops for all in need in the Two Rivers community...
