WATMOS is a partnership of nine organisations; eight Tenant Management Organisation (TMOs) and a strategic support services organisation. The TMOs are estate based membership organisations run by elected resident committees. They employ their own staff who provide local housing services and take care of their estates. The central support services team looks after the Group's strategic, financial and legal resposibilities. It co-ordinates the activities of the Group and provides a range of support. All parts of the Group have made a commitment to working in partnership to improve neighbourhoods and deliver excellent value services.
