We offer high quality housing and related services to communities throughout the UK through our three subsidiaries, New Progress Housing Association and Progress Care Housing Association. New Progress Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord that manages and maintains over 4000 affordable homes in communities across the North West. Progress Care Housing Association (PCHA) manages supported housing for 2000 tenants with learning disabilities across the United Kingdom. PCHA also manages keyworker accommodation, a refuge for women escaping domestic abuse, and provides shared ownership opportunities for people with learning disabilities. We also have a large Property Services Division, which carries out repairs, maintenance and gas servicing for the Group's properties and external clients and specialises in adapting properties for disabled tenants. The Group and its subsidiaries have individual boards of management consisting of volunteers from the local community, including tenants and local authority representatives. We are committed to the principles of continuous improvement and were one of the first housing associations to implement best value. The Group and its member associations are ISO 9001:2000 and Investor in People accredited and we hold the Charter Mark, the UK Government's national standard for excellence in customer service. In our recent Audit Inspection we were awarded two stars with promising prospects for improvement.
