Lewisham Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Lewisham Council in January 2007 to manage, maintain and improve its council houses and estates. It is a private non-profit company of which the Council is the sole shareholder. The management of the Council’s houses does not change the legal status of council tenants. Lewisham Council still own the properties.
