Knowsley Housing Trust owns and manages 13,500 homes in the Knowsley area of Merseyside. It was independently recognised in the Audit Commission’s Inspection in 2007, when a two star ‘good’ service rating with ‘promising prospects for improvement’ was achieved. The result puts it amongst the top 25% of all housing associations in the country. The Trust is soon set to complete its £300 million improvement programme approximately two years ahead of schedule, which will ensure that all of its homes will meet the decent homes standard. KHT Services is Knowsley Housing Trust’s trading subsidiary and is part of the KHT Group. It provides housing repairs and maintenance, gas servicing, telephone contact services, property management and other consultancy services.
