Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is responsible for the management of nearly 10,000 properties on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The TMO is unique as the first borough-wide housing organisation to give its tenants and leaseholders the power to decide how best to manage and maintain their homes.
