Suffolk Housing launches new App

Suffolk Housing have launched a new mobile App. The App, built on HabitappCP features a range of modules including the Bedroom Occupancy calculator, allowing tenants to calculate the impact of housing benefit changes. Affected tenants are able to view a range of options that can help them deal with the changes to the legislation.

The App also features an editable ‘Getting Involved’ module, allowing Suffolk Housing’s team to publish events and opportunities through the App.

The App is supported by a Content Management System and a reporting suite that lists all registered users of the App, all reports and forms submitted, and the results of the Bedroom Occupancy calculator.

The team at Suffolk Housing can identify registered users by area and age and when linked to future enhancements this will provide the ability to push messages to individuals or groups of people based on their profile details – allowing relevant and targeted contacts.
