Consilium at Think G Cloud

Consilium attended “Think G Cloud” on Thursday 18^th October. The event explored the issues and benefits surrounding the Government Cloud.

Consilium’s TotalMobile Solution has been available from the G Cloud (the Cabinet Office‘s online market place for cloud-based IT products and services for Government) since February 2012. TotalMobile is a Mobile Working solution and can be used by any field based worker, on any platform and works off-line. It is suitable for a wide range of Local Government departments and can be implemented as an Enterprise solution throughout an entire council.

Consilium Mobile Working specialist David Cockayne presented a seminar session at the event. The session examined the challenges that Local Government face when implementing Mobile Working projects and how to overcome them. The delegates were shown a demonstration of TotalMobile on a range of operating systems and device types.
