Dudley MBC is newest LA to sign up for RBV through Victoria Forms’ eclaim

Coactiva is pleased to announce that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is the latest Local Authority to adopt Coactiva’s Intercept RBV solution through Victoria Forms’ eclaim.

The West Midlands-Based Council has a population of over 300,000 and deals with almost 11,000 new claims every year (approximately 2/3rds of which are made direct to the Council). They have chosen Intercept RBV through Victoria Forms’ eclaim solution as well as the additional CRA module for their new Housing Benefit claims.

“As approx 90% of the claims made direct to our LA are via an electronic form, the partnership between Coactiva and Victoria Forms will enable customers and staff to be informed of the evidence requirements (risk based) at the point the eclaim is submitted. This will streamline our new claims procedure and improve the customer journey by reducing the burden of evidence provision.” Jackie Davies, Head of Benefit Services, Dudley MBC.

Dudley MBC joins over 45 other Local Authorities throughout the UK who have chosen Intercept RBV as their risk based verification solution for Housing Benefit new claims and changes in circumstances.
