East Sussex Council duo select Covalent Performance Management

East Sussex based Eastbourne Borough and Lewes District Councils have become the 89th and 90th Local Authorities respectively to adopt Covalent to help manage their corporate performance.

Eastbourne, a thriving South Downs seaside town with a population of around 90,000 people, will be using Covalent to track its performance indicators, manage its action and improvement plans and corporate risks, perform self assessments against regulatory KLOEs in readiness for inspection and manage customer feedback and consultation events. It has also elected to use the Strategy Maps module.

East Sussex county town council Lewes DC will deploy Covalent's KPIs, actions, risk management and self assessment and inspection management modules.
