Developers and residents’ satisfaction with Croydon Council’s planning service has risen to 84 per cent. This is the highest satisfaction levels ever achieved.

A fresh survey from October to December last year drew 142 responses and the result that 83.8 per cent rated the service ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.

Survey cards are sent to everyone who submits a planning application, irrespective of whether permission was granted or not.
