A new publication from Participation Works provides information and practical ideas about how to embed participation throughout your organisation in a way that brings about change.

Participation Works has produced a series of free ‘How to…’ guides available to anyone with an interest in youth participation.

How to build a culture of participation, is aimed at organisations or individual projects that are just beginning to develop a culture of participation. By moving beyond tools or methods for involving children and young people, this guide will provide information and practical ideas about how to embed participation throughout your organisation in a way that brings about change.

Participation Works is a consortium of six national children’s charities aiming to enable organisations to effectively involve children and young people in the development, delivery and evaluation of services that affect their lives.
