LONDON – May 12, 2008 – RuleBurst, the world’s fastest growing business rules license vendor since 2005, has announced that effective immediately, it will conduct business worldwide under the Haley brand.

The re-branding results from Ruleburst’s acquisition of US business rules vendor, Haley, in November 2007, which merged the two global leaders of natural language business rules management software. At the same time, the company has announced new North American headquarters in Washington DC while retaining a presence in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where Haley originated.

Haley delivers a comprehensive suite of software that enables public and private sector organisations to manage complex determinations and business rules, control risk and compliance and combat fraud.
