After the successful launch of its fresh new look earlier this year, Progress Housing Group has today (1 September) completed the final stage of its rebrand, bringing together of all its subsidiaries under one trading name.
The decision, part of the evolution of its new branding, to bring all of its services under the one trading name was taken to bring all colleagues who work in the housing provider’s different regions together under one solid corporate identity.
This means that Progress Housing Group’s subsidiaries, New Progress Housing Association, New Fylde Housing and Progress Care Housing Association, will all now ‘trade as’ Progress Housing Group.
Jacqui De-Rose, Group Chief Executive at Progress Housing Group, said: “Progress Housing Group is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. In joining together our subsidiaries under one brand we will be uniting our strengths and enhancing the services we provide to our tenants, whilst ensuring that we continue to deliver on our commitment to keeping our customers at the heart of the business.
“Deciding on a new ‘look and feel’ for the organisation with the help of our customers, staff and partners has been a fantastic process, and has enabled us to create a new identity – which we feel sums up the energy and personality of Progress Housing Group, and also really cements the reason we are here and what we want to achieve.
“In rolling out the Progress Housing Group brand we are not only renewing our commitment to delivering excellent services, but demonstrating that we are continuing to be innovative and creative in the way we move forward.”
As part of the rebranding process, the Group consulted with customers, partners and staff and used this feedback to help it to define what is important to its partners, tenants and customers to inform its new vision statement and the core values.
The Group chose 2014, its 20th Anniversary year, as the time to refresh the Group brand, providing a vibrant new ‘look and feel’ for the organisation but also give it the opportunity to re-state its central commitment to working collaboratively and creatively with partners whilst continuing to put customers at the heart of its business.
Progress Housing Group manages affordable housing, supported living from people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, keyworker accommodation, sheltered housing for people over 55, homeless accommodation and an in house property services division.
