£8.5m PHP contract for Spectrum Property Care

Spectrum Property Care has retained the Poole Housing Partnership contract in a deal worth around £8.5m. They will work on responsive repairs, void refurbishments, disabled adaptations and minor package works in around 4,600 homes across Borough of Poole.
The contract value is £1.7m per annum for 3 years with the option of 2 annual extensions to 2019. The contract started on the 1 August.
