St. Leger Homes of Doncaster – an ‘Arm’s Length Management Organisation’ have recently partnered with Mobysoft to ensure they can keep their arrears in check and enable their staff to focus on those tenants who need urgent support with their finances.
St Leger have chosen Mobysoft’s RentSense product - a powerful rent arrears decision engine which feeds their income managers with vital intelligence on which tenants are in genuine arrears and where they should prioritise their time.
RentSense has already identified 41% of cases previously generated by the Housing Management System which do not actually need attention.
Judith Jones, St Leger Homes, Director of Housing said:
“St Leger Homes are always looking for ways to improve our efficiency and support tenants more effectively. RentSense is helping us to do exactly that.”
Derek Steele, Mobysoft MD added:
“It’s been a pleasure to partner with such a forward thinking and proactive organisation who are dedicated to making a difference in their community. We know that RentSense can help them achieve this goal.”
