London Road living comes to Camberley

Pipers Court in Camberley
Sentinel Housing Association has recently bought Pipers Court, on London Road, in the heart of Camberley town centre. Pipers Court is currently a 40,000ft2 office building, and Sentinel have plans to transform the space into 56 apartments under permitted development.
The redevelopment will cost about £10million and Sentinel plan to work with PMC Construction on the conversion.
Sentinel are hoping that people will be able to move in to their new homes from the summer of 2015, as converting an existing building should be relatively quick to complete.
Mike Shepherd, Sentinel’s Development and Regeneration Director, said, “With average property prices in the South East rising to over £310,000, more and more people are finding it hard to find a home. With our redevelopment of Pipers Court we’ll be providing a mix of 56 affordable and market rent new homes, which will make a huge difference to people in the local area.”
