Help to Buy South West has become the UK’s first Help to Buy agency to join The WOW! Awards – a unique initiative aimed at raising customer standards.
As a government appointed agency, Help to Buy South West provides a ‘one stop shop’ for customers aspiring to buy low-cost affordable housing as well as managing the equity loan scheme in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and South Somerset.
By becoming a WOW! Awards member Help to Buy South West hopes to maintain its high standards of customer service and also recognise when employees go the extra mile to help customers.
Help to Buy South West Agency Manager Hayley Rossiter said: “I am incredibly proud of the service we deliver to our customers. Each and every team member works hard to ensure customers receive a smooth, efficient and bespoke service throughout.
“Our customers expect a high level of service, joining The WOW! Awards will ensure team members get the recognition they truly deserve.”
The WOW! Awards for outstanding customer services provides organisations with a system for any customer to compliment an employee for providing great service and a way for the business to then recognise this internally.
The initiative has helped numerous businesses to inspire their people; focus on what customers really value most and help drive improved performance.
Each month employees are recognised for good customer service with a certificate and each year customers’ nominations count towards an annual national awards ceremony which judges customer service in a number of different categories.
Organisations signed up to The WOW! Awards include a number of NHS trusts, councils and police forces.
