Novus partnership with Places for People tops £20 million

Maintenance and refurbishment group Novus Property Solutions has expanded its work with Places for People as part of a four-year partnership valued at over £20 million.
The firm is now Places for People’s primary contractor across Milton Keynes, North London and the Thames Gateway, the South West and the South East.
As a result of the partnership with Places for People, Novus has already opened a new office in Uxbridge.
Neil Hand, managing director at Novus, said: “We are confident that this four-year partnership with Places for People will be a resounding success. Collaborative working will help to cement our reputation as a go-to contractor for maintenance and refurbishment services.”
Steven Pinder, principal quantity surveyor at Places for People, said: “We will be working collectively with Novus, Places for People’s property maintenance team and our other partnering contractor in the north over the next four years to successfully deliver our stock improvement works programme.”
